- Please not our office is closed Saturays, Sundays, and National holidays.Any additional hoidays will be informed on this website.

- It usually takes around 5-14 days for arrival.
- There may be delays on conditions such as holiday seasons, bad weathers and political conditions etc.
- For specific shipping schedules and status, please check the tracking website or contact your closest post office.
- In case the product is sent back to WAZAO-IPPON for reasons such as receiver's long absence from delivery destination, we may charge fees for re-delivery.
