In the late Showa period where wazao was more popular than today, the reasonable version of it, called "kazuzao" was popular. It may not have the iron-branded imprints "mei" ion it but its quality is still to be credited today. We have finished the kazuzao of this period with a blue metalic urushi lacquer and turned it into a rod for stream fishing by overhauling it -a WAZAO IPPON original. Reasonable yet truly unique and rare. Mainly for stream fishing but also suitable for targeting pale bleaks and carps in rivers, making it usable for various scenes.
