Disclaimer Warranty Service Within 1 year from the date of purchase, for rods that are not missing any parts, we offer you a repairing service for a fixed price. If you wish to use this service, provide us your proof of purchase and send your rod to us. (Sending costs is not covered in our service) Initial Defect of Products. Many of the items we handle are one-of-a-kind.Items may have scratches, stains, rust, distortion, etc. appropriate to their age.Please note that some items may not be returnable due to these reasons.We ask for your understanding in advance. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we may have to have it repaired by a specialist. If you wish, you may return the product for a refund. However, we will only accept returns and refunds if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and complete the necessary procedures. We do not accept exchanges for other products. We do not accept any cancellation of orders or return of products due to customer's reasons. Please understand this in advance. Please be reminded that the following cases will be exceptions of this service. - Damaged caused by usage other than manners defined in the instructions manuual. - Damaged by remodeling and disassembling etc. - Damaged caused by bad means of transportation after our delivery, dropping and other improper handling. - Damaged with intention.
